Use

This procedure describes how you delete the assignment of a waste code to a waste approval.

Procedure

  1. In the Waste Management menu, choose Master data ® Overview.
  1. In the overview tree, double-click a waste management business partner that is assigned to the waste approval for which you want to delete a waste code assignment. If you do not know any of the assigned waste management business partners, proceed as follows:
    1. Enter the waste approval for which you want to delete a waste code assignment on the Partner tab page or enter search criteria for the waste approval on the Waste approval tab page.
    2. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
    3. Double-click the waste approval for which you want to delete a waste code assignment.
  1. Choose the Waste Approval tab page.
  2. Caution

Do not select any data records on the other tab pages before you choose the Waste Approval tab page. Otherwise a data filter is set, which may mean that some of the waste approvals are no longer displayed.

  3. Select the waste approval for which you want to delete a waste code assignment and choose Waste code.
  1. Select the waste code whose assignment to the waste approval you want to delete and choose Licensed quantities.
  2. Delete all the data records by selecting them and choosing This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  3. Go back and check whether the waste code whose assignment to the waste approval you want to delete is still selected.
  4. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text and save the data.

Caution

At least one waste code must be assigned to a released waste approval. Therefore, never delete all waste code assignments if the waste approval has already been released.

Result

The waste code is deleted from the table and is therefore no longer assigned to the waste approval.
