Automatic Distribution During Evaluations 

Use

You can use the Distribution function in transaction SLWA to define the object types in which automatic distribution should take place during evaluations. For more information, see Automatic Distribution.

• When an evaluation takes place, the system only distributes proposals in packages that you have assigned to translators. You therefore need to ensure that all packages in which you require distribution are already assigned to translators before the evaluation runs.
• You need to activate the flag Distribute in assigned packages + object types under Distribution in transaction STMA. You need to do this for all source language and target language combinations for which automatic distribution is to take place. For more information, see Proposal Pool Administration: Distribution.
• You also have to activate the flag Automatic distribution in SLWB each time you schedule an evaluation. For more information, see Creating an Evaluation Run.
