Coordinators can run automatic distribution to ensure that standard texts are translated consistently and automatically throughout the system. It is possible to schedule an automatic distribution run for any short texts that have already been translated manually at least once.

For example, you can set automatic distribution to ensure that the translations of source texts such as Back, Cancel, Save, etc., are automatically distributed to wherever they occur in new objects to be translated.

You can access the automatic distribution function either by calling up transaction SE63_AUTO, or by choosing Goto ® Administration ® Automatic distribution from the initial screen of SE63.

In order to schedule an automatic distribution run, you need to have authorization object S_TRANSLAT with authorization S_TRANS_ALL and value A8 in the field ACTVT (Activity) in your profile.
