Displaying Statistics for Automatic Distribution

Use

You can view the statistics status directly before and after the automatic distribution run. This enables you to see the exact effect of the run on the translation statistics.

Prerequisites

If you want the system to prepare the statistics for directly before and after the run, you need to select both of the following options when you schedule the automatic distribution run:

For more information, see Scheduling an Automatic Distribution Run.

Procedure

  1. To call up the initial screen of the statistics function, enter /NSLLS in the command field.
  2. In the Target lang. tab page, enter your target language and click on the Compl. tab title.
  3. Use the possible entries function for the Creation date field.

A dialog box will appear listing the statistics runs for your target language. You can recognize the statistics runs for your automatic distribution run because they will contain the short description you entered when you scheduled automatic distribution.

  1. Select the statistics you want to view and choose Continue.
  1. You can also make settings under Statistics parameters and Objects locked for translation, as described in
  2. Now choose Display.

Result

The system displays the list of statistics for directly before or after the automatic distribution run. You can expand the statistics list according to development class or object type by clicking on the +/- icon. Once you have expanded the statistics for both development class and object type, green arrows indicate where you will find objects containing texts for translation.
