Displaying the Translation Quota

Use

You can use the Translation quota function while automatic distribution is running in order to see which texts are being distributed.

Procedure

  1. Schedule an automatic distribution run, as described in Scheduling an Automatic Distribution Run.
  2. From the Automatic Distribution: Target Language screen, select the target language for which you are performing automatic distribution, and choose Distribution ® Quota.
  3. The screen Overview: Translation Quota According to Object Types appears.

  4. If you want to view the quota according to the development classes you have selected for the run, choose Development classes. To return to the view according to object types, choose Object types.

Result

Depending on the view you have selected (object types/development classes), the system displays a table of the translation quota. The target language is displayed in the first column and the object types/development classes are displayed in the second column.
