In the resources area menu, you can evaluate resource data in various ways. You can also enter times in which a resource is not productive.
Standard Evaluations
The different standard evaluations create lists of resources according to specific selection criteria, for example, cost centers, capacity categories, or the hierarchy to which a resource belongs.
The following evaluations are available in the standard system:
User-Specific Evaluations
You can create your own reports when you want to execute your own evaluations along with the standard evaluations. You can use existing evaluation reports as source texts, for example, the report RCRA0010, which generates the work center/resource list.

Change Documents
You use change documents to document changes to data elements in a resource. You can create lists of change documents according to various criteria. See
