Displaying Resource Lists  

Use

You want to display a list of the defined resources.

Procedure

  1. Select the menu options Logistics ® Production - Process ® Master Data ® Resources ® Reporting ® Resources List.

    2. The Work Center List screen appears.

  2. Define the selection criteria.

    3. Enter the name of the resource or resources for which you want to search. If you do not enter a name, all resources that meet the selection criteria will be searched for and displayed.

  3. If necessary, set the hierarchy explosion indicator:

– If you have not set the indicator, possible hierarchy entries will be ignored by the system.

– If you have set the indicator, enter the hierarchy plant and the hierarchy name in which you want to search. If you have entered a resource name, the hierarchy is exploded from that resource.

  1. Choose .

A list of all resources that correspond to the selection criteria appears.
