Displaying the Where-Used List for Resources  

Use

The where-used list lists the recipes in which a resource is used.

Procedure

  1. Choose Logistics ® Production - Process ® Master Data ® Resources® Reporting ® Where-Used List ® Resource.

The Resource Where-Used: Selection screen appears.
  1. Enter the plant and the key for the resource whose use you want to display.
  1. You can enter a key date and other selection criteria.
  2. Choose .
  3. Enter an overview variant and choose .

A list of all recipes in which the resource is used appears.

The overview variants selected determine which recipe objects and which fields from the recipe objects are displayed. Overview variants are defined in Customizing for Master Recipes under Define Overview Variants for Where-Used List/Mass Replacement.
  1. Select a recipe and choose Detail if you want to display, for example, the recipe header, or choose Select if you want to display, for example, a recipe overview.
