Displaying Change Documents

Prerequisites

In the change documents, the changes to data elements in the resource are documented. Change documents are only generated for data elements when the following indicators are set:

In Customizing for Resources, the Change doc indicator for the resource category
In the data dictionary, the Change document indicator for the data element

Procedure

Choose Logistics ® Production - Process ® Master Data ® Resources ® Reporting ® Change Documents.

The Work Center Change Documents screen appears.

Enter the resource or resources whose change documents you want to display.

If necessary, limit the resource selection:

Set the Hierarchy explosion indicator and enter a hierarchy to select all resources in the hierarchy or all resources up to a specific hierarchy level.
Enter a person responsible.
Enter a location.
Enter a task list usage.

If necessary, limit the amount of change documents to be displayed by enter the following:

Changed by: the system displays all resource changes made by a specific person.
From date: the system displays all resource changes made after this date.
From time: the system displays all resource changes made after this time.
To date: the system displays all resource changes made before this date.

Choose .

A list of all change documents for the resources that meet the selection criteria appears. All changes to a resource at a particular time are included in one document number.
