Warranty Claim Processing: Work Overview

You can use this function to make queries regarding the warranty claims, recalls, and parts to be returned, and display this specific information. The following queries are available in the standard system:

Display Warranty Claims (new, in process, accepted, or rejected)
Display Recalls
Display Warranty Claim Items with Parts to be Returned

You can also implement your own queries.

Prerequisites

You have determined which standard queries the system should automatically start when you call the Work Overview. You make this setting under Personalization.
