Medical Service Entry
Medical service entry is used to edit and document medical services which are performed for a patient (e.g. x-ray of shoulder area, dressing change, etc.).
Service entry and documentation is necessary wherever services are performed on patients. The medical service entry functionality is available in outpatient clinic and service facility support.
