Create Appointment

You select an offered appointment on the Time Slot tab page and, if necessary, enter more detailed appointment information on the Appointment Information tab page. A selected appointment is highlighed in color in the (Time) column. You select/deselect appointments using the hotspot on the (Time) column.

If you are not searching for an appointment for an existing patient, you must enter the patient data when creating the appointment. If you use healthcare smart cards in your hospital, you can import the patient master data using (Transfer Healthcare Smartcard).

When you choose Save, the system saves the appointment for the outpatient visit.

Planning Grid

From the time slot list you can use the hotspot on the planning object of an available appointment to call the Planning Grid and plan the appointment there.

Patient Appointment Calendar

You branch to the Patient Appointments MED.

Next Appointment

On the Time Slot tab page, the system displays the next available appointments depending on the number of alternatives which you previously entered in the settings of the Find Initial Visit Appointment, Find Follow-Up Visit Appointment or Find MED Appointment function (i.e. 5 alternatives means the system will display the next 5 available appointments).

You can also continue the search for appointments using the same search variant.

You can change the settings of the layout.
