The appointment search for outpatient visit appointments supplements the appointment planning for the outpatient clinic and service facility. It searches for available appointments for an outpatient visit of a patient and provides the option of planning a visit appointment.

All specifications of this appointment search (e.g., Find Appointment for Initial Visit) create appointment templates, which are used as search criteria in the dialog box for finding open time slots.
