Use

You can use this function to reserve rooms or other real estate objects for a series of repeating appointments. To select one or more rooms for the reservation, you can filter the available reservation objects using various criteria.

For recurring reservations, you can define exception rules and enter whether you want to book additional services, such as the use of equipment. You can define the services that are available in each room in Customizing. Choose  Room Reservations and Long-Term Seating Arrangements Room Reservations Services for Reservations .

You can cancel a reservation that was already entered and charge a fee for the cancellation.

Integration

To reserve a reservation object for only one appointment, use the individual reservation function.

Prerequisites

You made all the settings described in Room Reservations and Long-Term Seating Arrangements .
