The warm-up of the data cache is stopped because the size of the data cache is too small.
All the objects will not be stored in the cache. If one of the missing objects is required, it will be fetched from the back-end database. This will have an impact on performance.
This section provides you with some troubleshooting operations to identify the correction actions to be performed. In a production system landscape, contact your SAP Support Team for each fatal error message in the logs.
Increase the size of the data cache by changing the value of the related system parameter:

SUBSCRIPTION_CACHE_SIZE: for the storage of provisioning data in each rater instance and updater instance
GUIDING_CACHE_SIZE: for the storage of guiding information in each guider instance
SESSION_MEMORY_SIZE: for the storage of rating sessions in each rater instance
