The last date when the cleanup was triggered by the scheduler

Description and Use

This indicator gives the last date when the cleanup function was triggered by the scheduler of the updater instance of the system.

This function is part of two key processes: The session-based charging and the prerating/postrating (deprecated process). It cleans the expired rating records (not postrated) in confirmation or cancellation and it cleans the pending session information.
