This SAP product documentation is a complete reference of the performance and health metrics available in SAP Convergent Charging 4.1. These metrics are the foundation for the technical monitoring of SAP CC in SAP Solution Manager or in CA Introscope for SAP:
During the project implementation phase or the production operation phase, you can use SAP Solution Manager in combination with CA Introscope 9.7 for SAP to monitor the performance and health of the SAP CC systems in real time. You can customize automated alerts raised by SAP Solution Manager and transmitted to the IT administrators and operations team members.
