Description
This node represents a monitored scheduler that reports its Average Response Time (ms) metric. The scheduler function is enabled in the corresponding instance of the monitored SAP CC Core Server system. You monitor the execution time, execution time deviations, and the execution periods.
Different are scheduler names are visible in the metric hierarchy. The scheduler name is the technical code name reported by the SAP CC system instance. SAP Convergent Charging provides different specialized schedulers. The alphabetical list is:
- ActivationScheduler
- ExpirationAlertScheduler
- MetricScheduler
- PurgeScheduler
- RefreshScheduler (dispatcher instances)
Note
- Depending on the type of the observed instance in the monitored SAP CC Core Server system, some schedulers do not exist and there is no entry in the metric hierarchy.
- The list depends on the system configuration. Only the enabled schedulers are visible in the metric hierarchy. View the current configuration settings of your SAP CC system. Although the scheduler is not enabled, it can nevertheless run jobs that have been started before the scheduler has been disabled. You monitor the corresponding activity.
- The list is not complete and some other scheduler names may be visible.
