The resend subfunction of the spending status monitoring is now
enabled by an administrator in this rater instance of the SAP CC
system.
According to the system settings (attempts, interval), the instance
will regularly resend the spending status reports as long as
an acknowledgment has not been received from a registered client
application (or system).
