Task Exception HandlingTRM
provides the tools for handling exceptions in the warehouse on two levels:
Resource – using their presentation devices , resources have the tools to bypass problems that could prevent them from continuing with their work
Warehouse manager – using the Alert Monitor troubleshooting tools , warehouse managers can effectively handle the exceptions
In most cases, resource action serves to highlight the problems, which warehouse managers can then act against.
The following table indicates different exception situations and the possible ways in which resources and managers can effectively deal with them.
