In Time Management you can destroy personal time data after the defined retention period has expired.

Prerequisites

To be able to create retention rules in Retention Management for SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM), you need to switch on the ILM business function.

Procedure

  1. Destroy the data using the corresponding archiving objects.
