Destroying/Archiving Request Data Using HRTIM_REQ
You can use the HR: Leave Requests/Clock-In/Out Corrections
(HRTIM_REQ
) archiving object to destroy business complete request data from the request database. Request data is temporary by nature and is not needed in the database after
it is transferred to infotypes 2001 and 2002, or to the time events table. You can delete data in the request database depending on the retention period. This archiving object deletes data such as, leave request data, and clock in/clock out correction request data that is no longer needed in the system.
Request data with the following statuses cannot be deleted:
New
Draft
Sent
Error
Request data is to be regarded as personal data in terms of data privacy. Therefore, for data privacy reasons, it may be necessary to destroy this data after a defined retention period has been reached
This archiving object destroys data from the following tables:
