Destroying Military Data Using HRTIM_MIL
You can use the HR: Military
(HRTIM_MIL
) archiving object to destroy all types of military/non-military service infotype data. The absences linked to the military/non-military service infotype data is also destroyed using this archiving object.
Military data is to be regarded as personal data in terms of data privacy. Therefore, for data privacy reasons, it may be necessary to destroy this data after a defined retention period has been reached.
This archiving object destroys data from the following infotypes:
Infotype | Description |
|---|---|
PA0081 | HR Master Record: Infotype 0081 (Military Service) |
PA2001 | HR Time Record: Infotype 2001 (Absences) |
