Cradle Configuration
Devices mounted in cradles can read data identifying the specific cradle and transmit it to the WDM. This data, including wall, row, and column information, needs to be configured. Configuration is performed using a specific service mode of the devices while they are placed in the cradle.
- Scan the barcode to enter service mode. This barcode is configurable, the factory default is a EAN13 barcode 1460000000001.
- Start the configuration of the cradle by selecting the corresponding option from the menu.
- Place the device in the cradle. The device will read the data from the cradle and
display it.

- Enter or change the displayed data
- Confirm to save the data back to the cradle.
The Wall Device Manager (WDM) must also be configured with the correct Wall IDs. It should be configured using Storemanager. Refer to the WDM manual for further information.
