Active Baskets

The feature provides an overview of the open self-scanning baskets in the store and their basic data, such as the number of items and the current payment amount. Baskets that require support, such as age verification or help requests, are listed separately, highlighted and the problems are indicated.

When viewed in a desktop or tablet browser, the interface displays the baskets found next to the details of the selected basket. On mobile devices in portrait mode, the Basket Overview and Basket Details are shown separately, with navigation options to switch between them.

Active Baskets

Basket Overview

The overview displays all active self-service baskets in the store, allowing employees to quickly assess the current status of operations. A small symbol indicates the type of basket:
SSC
A basket created on a self-scanning device such as an industry device or an app on the customer's own mobile device.
GK GO
A basket created with the GK scanless store solution.
The info card provides the employee with additional details:
  • ID of the customer assigned to the basket
  • ID of the device
  • ID of the basket
  • Date and time of basket creation
Additionally, the user can see the current basket state, the number of items in the basket and the current basket total.

The basket cards are grouped so that the employee can clearly see the currently blocked events prioritized at the top of the screen and the baskets that are currently shopping freely at the bottom of the screen.

The basket card list can be searched by customer or device ID or filtered by basket type.
