Monitoring: Heartbeat Monitoring (GRMG)
Setup
The runtime parameters of the POS Service can be monitored via GRMG, configuration according to the dedicated system, e.g.:

- Log in via SAP user interface
- Call the transaction GRMG
- Upload the monitor definition (see first step)
- Start the monitoring
Monitoring
Proceed as follows:
- Log in via the SAP user interface
- Call the transaction RZ20 to view the monitoring (Alert Monitoring) of the application (in the tree: SAP CCMS Monitor Templates -> Availability and Performance Overview):
