Monitoring: Heartbeat Monitoring (GRMG)

Setup

The runtime parameters of the POS Service can be monitored via GRMG, configuration according to the dedicated system, e.g.:

  • Log in via SAP user interface
  • Call the transaction GRMG
  • Upload the monitor definition (see first step)
  • Start the monitoring

Monitoring

Proceed as follows:

  1. Log in via the SAP user interface
  2. Call the transaction RZ20 to view the monitoring (Alert Monitoring) of the application (in the tree: SAP CCMS Monitor Templates -> Availability and Performance Overview):
