Reinstallation
To reinstall a One X Client, please follow the steps below.
- Shut down the POS application.

Shut down the updater application.
You can use the prepared scripts stop-updater.bat for Windows or stop-updater.sh for Linux. The shutdown scripts can be found in the updater folder inside your POS system.
For example: d:\gkretail\pos-full\updater\stop-updater.bat
- Open the station.properties (d:\gkretail\pos-full\station.properties) and note the following properties:
- station.tenantId
- station.storeId
- station.workstationId
- You can now delete your POS folder
- Open your web browser and go to Employee Hub
- Log in as your given user and choose the same tenant ID you noted in Step 3
- Go to the tab Installation & Update
- In the section Installation, click on the tile One X Client
- Enter the store ID and workstation ID you noted in Step 3 and press the button Create
- Confirm the pop-up window with OK
- Copy your installation key to the clipboard and press the Download button to download the installation launcher
- You can now proceed as described above in the standard installation and run the installation launcher
