Installation Prerequisites

Before you start the installation process, please ensure that your POS system meets the following requirements:

• A supported operating system is installed (see Hardware Whitelist > One X Client)
• HW periphery JPOS drivers (supplied by your POS HW vendor) are installed and configured properly
• An Internet browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge) is installed
• The database pump for the store has been performed
