You can use the HR: Payroll Infotypes archiving object (HRPA_PYRST) to destroy all data about payroll infotypes once a specified retention period has expired.

The archiving object destroys data from the following infotypes:

Note Note

The US tax payroll Infotypes (0446-0457) used for tax reporting are also included in this archiving object. To display a complete overview of the relevant database tables, choose DB Tables in Archive Administration (transaction SARA).
