The payroll infotypes are indicated in the system as not being relevant for payroll. Therefore, the system does not perform any payroll-relevant checks for these infotype data records. However, since this data is a copy of the payroll cluster data, it needs to be compared with this for data destruction purposes. Therefore, a Business Add-In (BAdI) has been implemented to perform specific checks for the data of the payroll infotypes. The BAdI implementation determines the following date specifications and synchronizes them with the latest date for the destruction of data:

If one of these date specifications is before the latest date for the destruction of data, an error message is issued and the destruction of data is rejected for the personnel number.
