Introduction to the Destruction of Data

In the Human Resources applications, a multitude of data is to be considered personal data with regard to data privacy and is thus subject to data privacy legal regulations. For data privacy reasons therefore, all data that was collected in the Human Resources system for persons must be able to be deleted completely and thus destroyed.

This section explains the most important data destruction terms, and in particular their use in Human Capital Management (HCM).
