Archiving or Destroying Data on Relationships for a Person with HRPD_PREL
You can use the HR: Relationships for Person
(HRPD_PREL
) archiving object to archive data on the relationships of employees, or destroy this data after the defined retention period has been reached. The archiving object archives or destroys data from the infotype Relationships
(1001) as well as any data from additional dependent tables.
Note
You cannot archive/destroy all relationship types with HRPD_PREL
because some relationship types are archived/destroyed using different archiving objects. If a relationship type is not allowed, the system issues a message when the relationship types are assigned to archiving subobjects (see Performing Application-Specific Customizing for HRPD_PREL).
The following programs are available for HRPD_PREL
