Use

You can organize your work in the initial screen.

You can also call other functions from the initial screen.

Integration

You can call all the function components of the SAP Knowledge Warehouse from the initial screen:

• Info Object List

• Structure Editor

• Preview.

• Web Browser

Prerequisites

You are in the initial screen in processing mode Change or Translate.

Features

The following functions are offered in the initial screen:

• Define Settings

• Create Folders and Maintain Folder Attributes

• Maintain Favorites

• Searching for Info Objects in SAP Knowledge Warehouse

• Check Folders and Display the Check Results

• Check Help Links

• Create Translation Packages for Folders (Translation Mode)

• Read Translation Packages (Translation Mode)

• Transport Info Objects

• Set Display of Info Object List

The following navigation options are offered in the initial screen:

• Call the preview and the Web Browser

  Select a structure and choose Structure  Display  Preview or Structure  Display  Web Browser.

• Call the info object list

  Do this by double-clicking the folder title or choosing Folder  Info Object List.

  From the menu, you can also generate the info object list for several folders from different areas.

• Calling the Structure Editor (Change mode)

  Do this by double-clicking on a structure.

• Calling the Translation through Structures (Translation mode) Do this by double-clicking on a structure.
