Transporting Folders

Prerequisites

You are in the initial screen of SAP Knowledge Warehouse.

To info objects assigned to the selected folders have the status Released.

Procedure

To include folders and their assigned info objects (for the given context) in a change request, proceed as follows:

Select one or more folders for transport.
Choose Utilities Transport Folder.

A dialog box with the change request query appears.

You have the following options:
- Confirm the proposed change request.
- Choose a request with Own Requests.
- Create a change request with Create Request.
Note

To transport the folders and the corresponding info objects, you must release the change request and check the transport log.

Result

The selected folders and the assigned info objects were included in a change request.
