Generating Period-Based Accident Reports

Prerequisites

You have created a report template and assigned it to a generation variant (see Report Template Creation Example: Standard Operating Procedure ).

Procedure

  1. From the Industrial Hygiene and Safety menu , choose Start of the navigation path Reports Next navigation step Report Information System. End of the navigation path

    The Report Information System: Initial Screen appears.

  2. In the Report category field, enter IALTIMEREP .

  3. If you wish, enter other parameters such as Validity area or Validity date .

  4. On the configuration tab page, choose the Period-Based Accident Reports view. Activate or save your selection.

  5. On the Period-Based Acc. Reports tab page, specify the time period for which you want to generate the report. If necessary, also specify the plant or work area or a personnel area.

    Note Note

    If you have used the report REHS_IAREP_DATA_DETERMINE to determine the key figures Average Number of Employees and Total Number of Working Hours for the period in question for a work area, you enter the corresponding work area here as a selection criterion. You can restrict the selection using the personnel area or personnel subarea. If you select only a plant, when the report is generated the system totals the key figures for the work areas in the plant, for which the data was determined using the report program REHS_IAREP_DATA_DETERMINE.

    If you have used the report REHS_IAREP_DATA_DETERMINE to determine the key figures Average Number of Employees and Total Number of Working Hours for the period in question using the personnel area or personnel subarea, the Plant and Work area fields must remain blank. Instead, enter a personnel area or personnel subarea as your selection criterion.

  6. Choose with the quick info text Report Tree .

    The Report Tree appears. The tree lists all the reports that can be generated for the selection criteria you specified.

  7. Generate the report you want by double-clicking the page icon ( ).

Result

This starts Windows Wordprocessor Integration (WWI) and displays the report you selected. If you want to ship the report, the recipient data must still be entered if your template contains the required symbols.
