Shipping Incident/Accident Management Reports

Use

You can ship reports to the following addressee groups:

  • SAPoffice users

  • Customers

  • Report recipients

For incident/accident management reports, the report recipients are particularly relevant because they include workers’ compensation associations or supervisory authorities, for example. This procedure describes an example of how to ship reports to a report recipient .

Prerequisites

You have created the report recipient in the SAP system (see Creating Report Recipients ) and are in the report tree in the report information system (EHS-SAF-RIS) .

Procedure

  1. In the report tree , select the report you want to ship.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation path Report Next navigation step Send End of the navigation path .

    The Report Shipping: Enter Parameters dialog box appears.

  3. Choose Report recipient and enter the recipient under Address number .

  4. Enter the process parameters and choose with the quick info text Continue .

Result

You have created a report shipping order . The report is shipped according to the parameters specified in it.
