Creating Report Recipients Use
If you want to send reports to organizations or persons that are neither SAPoffice users nor customers, you must enter these recipients as
report recipients
.
In the context of
incident/accident management
these would be, for example, the workers’ compensation associations or supervisory authorities.
Procedure
From the Industrial Hygiene and Safety menu , choose
The
Address Maintenance: Initial Screen “EHS Report Recipient”
appears.
Choose
.
The
Address Maintenance: Create “EHS Report Recipient”
screen appears.
Enter the required data and save your entries.
