Generating Reports for Persons Affected You have created a report template and assigned it to a generation variant (see Report Template Creation Example: Standard Operating Procedure ).
You can generate the report from the
incident/accident log
or from the
report information system
. Both methods are described below:
From the Industrial Hygiene and Safety menu , choose
The
Edit Incident/Accident Log: Initial Screen
appears.
Enter your search criteria for the incident/accident log entry.
Choose
with the quick info text
Hit List
.
A hit list of the incident/accident log entries that match the search criteria appears.
To select the incident/accident log entry you want, double-click the entry.
The
Incident/Accident Log: Edit Entry
screen appears.
On the
Involved
tab page, select a
person affectedby double-clicking the entry for the person. When you do this, the
Details
pushbutton may change from the “inactive” to the “active” mode.
Note
If
Details
is already active, you can make your selection by simply selecting the line instead of double-clicking.
Choose
Details
.
The
Incident/Accident Log: Edit Person-Specific Data
screen appears.
Choose
Accident Reports
.
The
Report Tree
screen appears. The tree lists all the accident reports that can be generated.
Generate the report you want by double-clicking the page icon (
).
From the Industrial Hygiene and Safety menu , choose
The
Report Information System: Initial Screen
appears.
In the
Report category
field, enter
ACCREP
.
If you wish, enter other parameters such as
Validity area
or
Validity date
.
On the configuration tab page, choose the
Accident Victim
view. Activate or save your selection.
On the
Accident Victim
tab page, enter your search parameters for the event, for example,
I/A log entry
or
Person
.
Choose
with the quick info text
Report Tree
.
The
Report Tree
appears. The tree lists all the reports that can be generated for the selection criteria you specified.
Generate the report you want by double-clicking the page icon (
).
This starts
Windows Wordprocessor Integration
(WWI) and displays the report you selected. If you want to
ship
the report, the recipient data must still be entered if your template contains the required symbols.
