Entry of Box Number Recipients This function is used to enter box number recipients.
It is part of document processing and is available to you on the
Box Number Recipient
tab page at item level during creation and modification of document items.
Response management functions are available to you to display the responses that have been received for a box number ad or to determine whether the responses received are to be sent or collected.

Box number ad orders are to be entered.
The box number recipient has been created as a
general business partner
or
media customer
in the business partner master data.
You have created a box number ad.

You can only enter one box number recipient date for a box number ad.
The system usually defines a default box number recipient from the sold-to party master data.
If the sold-to party and advertiser are not identical, the system offers you the sold-to party and the advertiser for selection for the box number recipient role.
If additional advertisers have been entered for a box number ad, the system offers you the sold-to party and these additional advertisers for selection for the box number recipient role.
If you have entered alternative business partners or additional addresses for the box number recipient role in the business partner master data for the sold-to party or advertiser, the system offers you the alternative business partners and additional addresses for selection:
You can copy the business partner offered for selection or enter an order-specific box number recipient.
Each box number recipient has an address. You are offered valid box number addresses for selection. If you do not want to assign any of the addresses offered to the box number recipient, you can enter an order-specific address or a contact person with a home or business address.

If you want to change, add or delete an advertiser from the ad item, the system offers you possible box number recipients again for selection.
