It is found under

and is used to access document processing.

In addition to standard access, central access and fast access are also available to you for accessing document processing. The type of business transaction that you want to represent in the system determines which access you choose.

You do not want to create change or display a sales document with reference to the sales documents that have already been created for a business partner. You want to create an ad insert order for a regular customer. You know the sold-to party identification key. See also: Standard Access |
Classified order entry |
An ad order, such as a classified ad for an occasional customer that was accepted by telephone is to be entered. You do not normally know the identification key for the sold-to party. See also: Classified Order Entry |
Central access |
You want to create change or display a sales document with reference to the sales documents that have already been created for a business partner. You want to create an ad for a major customer by copying an existing ad order. You do not normally know the identification key for the sold-to party. You can create a sales document from the central access selection and item overview screens. |
