Entry of Nutrient Composition

Purpose

This process describes all the steps you must perform to be able to specify the nutrient composition for substances.

Prerequisites

You have edited the IMG activity Define and Assign Values to Environment Parameters in Customizing for Recipe Management . In particular, the following environment parameters must contain valid values:

  • FRML_ESTCAT_NUTR_COMP (Nutrient Composition)

  • FRML_ESTCAT_NUTR_LIST (Specification Listing: Nutrients)

  • FRML_NUTR_REF_UNIT (Reference Unit for Nutrient Content)

  • FRML_NUTR_REF_VALUE (Reference Value for Nutrient Content)

  • FRML_SUBCAT_NUTR_GROUP (Specification Type for Nutrient Groups)

Process Flow

  1. You create specifications for the nutrient groups .

  2. You create specifications for all nutrients you want to specify in nutrient compositions.

  3. You assign the nutrients to each nutrient group .

  4. You specify the nutrient composition in the substance specifications .
