Choose Substance in the recipe workbench by double-clicking it.

Choose with the quick info text Create .

Enter the required data on the Specification Header tab page. Select the specification type you specified in Customizing for Recipe Management in the IMG activity Define and Assign Values to Environment Parameters in the FRML_SUBCAT_NUTR_GROUP (Specification Type for Nutrient Groups) environment parameter by double-clicking it. This specification type is NUTR_GROUP (nutrient group) in the standard system.

Choose the Identifiers tab page and enter the identifiers for the nutrient group. Take the following into account when entering the identifiers:

For assigning nutrients to the nutrient group, you must choose nutrient group. Only the first 20 characters of the identifier are displayed and the identifier is displayed according to the identification listing D_HITLIST. Make the required entries on the other tab pages and in the property tree and save your entries.
