Enabling Optimized View Mode
Optimized view mode enables content within an SAP Analytics Cloud story to load faster.
Optimized View Mode enables content within an SAP Analytics Cloud story to load faster, but not all features and story options will be available when you enable the Optimized View Mode feature. However, these limitations will be removed over time or changed into improvements.

The Optimized View Mode feature is only available in View mode, not in Edit mode.

Optimized view mode is not enabled by default, and you need to go into each story separately to enable this view mode.

In SAP Analytics Cloud, open an existing story.

Switch to Edit mode.

From the File menu, do one of the following actions.

Use the Save menu: select .

Use the Story Details:

Select

In the View Time Optimization section, select Enable optimized mode.

To save your changes, select Save.

To save your story, from the file menu select
.
You'll see a dialog notifying you that the story is being optimized. If the optimization is successful, you are notified that the story has been saved.
However, if the story can't be optimized, or if some items can't be included, a warning message is displayed explaining the details. Review the details in the warning and, if possible, resolve the issues.
