You have specified your organizational structure in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) in line with the organizational structure in SAP ERP.
For example, the following table contains the organizational structure you can build in SAP ERP and the corresponding structure in SAP TM:

You must specify the following settings in SAP TM under your corporate organizational model:
All company organizations (company codes) in your corporate organization
An organization for your group logistics company, with an organizational unit function of Forwarding House

You specify the group logistics company as a forwarding house because it has both a purchasing role and a selling role. It purchases transportation services from an outside carrier and sells transportation services to the other internal shipper companies in your corporation.
Enable the group logistics company organization as a group logistics company under .
To create internal settlement documents in SAP TM and to transfer the internal settlement documents to SAP ERP, you must specify the following settings:
