Displaying Deleted Proposals

Context

You can display proposals that have been deleted from the proposal pool.

Access the proposal pool from the short text editor, or by using transaction SLPP. For more information on how to access the proposal pool, see Accessing the Proposal Pool.
To display deleted proposals, choose Show Deleted. If deleted proposals exist for the source text, the system displays them where they used to exist in the proposal pool.

For example, if an exception for the domain Basis (BC) has been deleted, the system displays the deleted proposal under Exception for the domain BC.

You can easily recognize deleted proposals because they are flagged with a small trashcan icon.

Note
If you call up the attributes for a proposal, the Last Changed By field shows you who deleted the proposal and X is displayed in the Deleted field. For more information on how to display attributes for a proposal, see Displaying Attributes for a Proposal.
To stop displaying deleted proposals, choose Hide Deleted.
