Displaying Attributes for a ProposalLocate this document in the navigation structure

Context

You can display attributes for a proposal in the proposal pool to find out the following information:

  • In the Proposal group box, you see the source text followed by the proposal in the target language.

    Note

If you display the attributes for an abbreviation, you see the full text followed by the abbreviation that is assigned to it.

  • In the Attributes group box, you see:

    • The terminology domain to which the proposal is assigned (unless the proposal is a system standard, or an abbreviation of a system standard)

    • The proposal's quality status, such as B (unless the proposal is an exception, which means it has no quality status)

    • The proposal's numeric quality status, such as 52 (unless the proposal is an exception, which means it has no quality status)

    • Whether the proposal has been deleted or not

  • In the Administration group box, you see:

    • The First Created By field, which shows you who created the proposal. The next field shows you when the proposal was created.

    • The Last Changed By field, which shows you who last changed the proposal. The next field shows you when the proposal was last changed. If you display attributes for a deleted proposal, you see who deleted the proposal and the date on which it was deleted.
