Use

The function allows a system administrator for workflow to process work items for which he or she has not been entered as the recipient. Using the work item selection, he or she can select the necessary work items and then execute them, manually complete them or make them available again to the recipients.

Features

Using a selection screen, you can generate a list of work items. Selection is carried out as in work item selection. You can process all selected work items, even if you are not one of the possible agents of the work item. The following functions are available in the list:

With this you can forward the selected work item to any users. This user must be neither a possible agent of the work item nor must forwarding be permitted for this work item.

Without check

With this you execute the work item selected without an agent check. You do not have to be the work item recipient, nor one of the possible agents of the work item. You also have to have the authorization to execute an object type method that might have been added.

With this you can reset a work item that has the status reserved, in process, or executed. Thus it gets the status ready and can then be seen again in all workflow inboxes of its recipient.

Completed manually

With this you can complete a work item that has the status reserved, in process, or executed. Thus it gets the completed status.

Complete with event

With this you can trigger the event through which the task that the work item is created for is completed. The work item is set to status Completed. If the processing end has to be confirmed explicitly for the work item, the work item is set to the status executed.

You use this function to take you to the work item display of the selected work item.

This function takes you to the workflow log.

You use this function to display the work item container.

This function takes you to the display of the underlying task of the work item.
