You can display the statistics for two or more languages at the same time. This function can be useful in a number of situations. For example:
After setting up the translation environment and running an evaluation to create a worklist, you display the statistics for all languages to check the results. You notice that one target language has far more new and/or modified lines and objects than any other. Assuming that you were not expecting this, it could indicate that a proposal pool or language transport has been overlooked, or that you still need to create fingerprints for SE61 long texts and/or FORMs and STYLs for this target language.
As the translation deadline approaches, you display the most recent statistics for all languages to see if they will all meet their deadline, or whether any languages may miss their deadline unless you take appropriate steps to avert this problem.
Your translator profile must include the authorization object STGK with value 01.
Perform steps 1 to 4 in Displaying Statistics as a Coordinator.
Switch to the All Languages tab page.
The default entry in the Date Up To and Including field is the current date.
If you want to display the most up-to-date statistics that are available in the system, do not change the default entry in the Date Up To and Including field.
If you want to display an earlier set of statistics, enter the earlier date in the Date Up To and Including field for which you want to display statistics data.
If no statistics exist for the date in the Date Up To and Including field, the system displays the last set of statistics that were created before this date instead.
If you changed the date in the Date Up To and Including
field, choose
Refresh Display. The system lists the statistics
that were created on or immediately before the date in the Date Up To
and Including field.
Select one, several, or all languages for which you want to display statistics.
Choose
Display.
The system displays statistics for the languages you selected.
To download the statistics, choose
Download.
When downloading statistics from the system, make sure that you have maintained the same decimal notation in your user profile (transaction SU3) as on your operating system.
