
If you have a very low number of top text objects to process, the quickest thing to do is use transaction SE63 to call them up directly for translation in the short text editor.
Call transaction Initial Screen: Translation Editor (SE63).
Enter dems in the command field and choose Enter.
The Interface Texts (Fragments): Virtual Text Object screen appears.
Enter the following in the Object Name field: <source language>*TOP*<target language>*
For example, if you want to process top text objects that were created for source language German target language English, enter deDE*TOP*enUS*
For more information on the technical names of top text objects, see the Results section of Creating Top Texts.
Choose F4 to list the possible entries.
The Restrict Selection Quantity dialog box appears.
Choose Continue.
The Object Selection (Object Name) dialog box appears, listing all of the top text objects for the combination of source and target language that you specified.
Double-click the first top text object in the list.
The technical name of the top text object is copied to the Object Name field.
Check that the source language and target language are correct.
Choose Edit.
The top text object opens for translation in the short text editor.
You can now process the top text object in accordance with Processing Top Texts.
