Tracing Tests 

Use

You can trace the following data for tests which have been performed, for your internal quality assurance, or for audits:

·        Which test packages and test cases did the test plan contain at the time?

·        What was the processing status of the packages and test cases, and which tester was responsible?

·        What are the test case descriptions called, and who changed them last?

Prerequisites

·        You have created a test plan.

·        You have authorization for authorization object S_TWB with activity 70 for the protection of test plans.

Actions

...

       1.      Protect the test plan against changes.

       2.      Analyze the status.

       3.      The test information is displayed in the status analysis hierachy list. Display all information about the test plan in the hierarchy list, with Settings → Additional Information.

       4.      Save the test plan, e.g. on a server or in a Business Workplace folder.
